Paragon Real Estate Advisors

Paragon Real Estate Advisors recently sold a three-unit apartment building at 520 N. 47th St. in Seattle. Paragon said the building sold at 94 percent of the list price for a final price of $650,000. Brian Platt and Cathy Jeney represented the seller.
