Kinzer Real Estate Services, a Seattle real estate advisory and brokerage firm, has hired three new staff members. Kris Richey will serve as vice president. Richey worked at the global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle. Dugan Earl, formerly a vice president of acquisitions at ING Clarion Partners, is a new vice president. Earl was involved in more than $2.5 billion of acquisitions during his tenure at ING. The new business manager is Pamela Faber, who was director of operations for Pioneer Property Group and senior director, operations for Vulcan.
