IREM: Tips on small tenants

A seminar on “Strategies for Working with Small Tenants” will be held on Friday from 9 a.m. to noon at the IREM Office in Kirkland. Small tenants (under 10,000 square feet) are often the mainstay of office buildings, industrial properties and retail centers. The presenter will be Shannon Alter, a trainer and management consultant in commercial real estate. She was with Triple Net Properties in Santa Ana, Calif.
