This former warehouse is now a LEED Gold office building.

Gaston Bay Development, Pacific Continental Realty and CBRE said Attachmate signed a lease for new office space in a LEED gold office building on the Bellingham waterfront at 2925 Roeder Ave. The building is a former warehouse. The renovation was designed by Christensen Design Management and constructed by Franklin Corp.
