NAIOP fall seminar Oct. 21

The NAIOP October breakfast meeting and fall seminar will be held Oct. 21 at the Westin Seattle starting at 7:15 a.m. with registration and networking. There will be three seminar sessions. Session 1 is “The S Factor: An overview of how developers and permitting authorities are leveraging sustainability to build neighborhoods.” Session 2 is “Case Study of Sustainabile Development of an Existing Building: Willows Development.” Session 3 is “Case Study of Sustainable Development of a new building: Terry Westlake Building.” The sessions run from 8 a.m. to noon.
