Wieneke
Grubb & Ellis said Richard Wieneke joined the company as senior vice president, Investment Group. Wieneke will specialize in the sale and acquisition of distressed assets. Wieneke spent the majority of his career at Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel and also spent five years at Opus Northwest. Most recently he was owner of the development firm TNR LLC.
