UW Tacoma real estate program

The University of Washington Tacoma KeyBank Professional Development Center offers its Commercial Real Estate Certificate program starting Dec. 1, integrating economics, management, financing and marketing. Students work in teams to develop projects while learning about static analysis, development, taxation and sales. It is open to people working in real estate as well as architecture, construction, law and planning. Founding instructors include Layne Alfonso of GeoEngineers and Terry Fenton of Coldwell Banker.
