Merrill Gardens at Kirkland

MultiFamily Executive Magazine chose Merrill Gardens at Kirkland to win the Grand Award for Senior Living at the annual MFE and Developer Awards in Las Vegas. It was chosen Project of the Year for senior housing communities from more than 200 entries. The 115-unit complex was designed by Runberg Architecture Group of Seattle. SRM Development of Spokane was the developer. Judges praised its social activities, amenities and waterfront location.
