HRPT has agreed to acquire Expedia Building for $166M

Hines said the 20-story building is the first new office project in Bellevue to be certified LEED gold.

Real Estate Finance & Investment reported in its Nov. 2 edition that HRPT Properties has agreed to acquire the 415,000-square-foot Expedia Building in Bellevue for $166 million.
