HRPT pays $168M for Expedia Building

Public records show an entity with the same address as Newton, Mass.-based HRPT Properties Trust has purchased for nearly $168 million the 415,000-square-foot Expedia Building in Bellevue.

That equates to $405 per square foot for the office building, which was developed in 2008 by Hines.
