Tarragon

Seattle-based Tarragon has secured four long-term lease agreements totaling 20,000 square feet at Sunrise Village shopping center in Pierce County. Tarragon says it now has nearly 80 percent of its leasable space committed at Sunrise Village. New tenants include Party City, H&R Block, Kaiten Sushi and State Farm.
