Trails at Newcastle

Trails at Newcastle hired Brenda Nunes as community developer for the co-housing community. She has more than 16 years of community relations expertise on the Eastside, and is executive director of the Sustainability Foundation, a nonprofit promoting green development. Trails at Newcastle is a green cottage community with a community-focused site plan. The group said it is accepting members to help finalize plans so the project can start building in 2010.
