GVA Kidder Mathews Vice President Stan Sidor was named 2009 Appraiser of the Year by the Seattle chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is president of the Appraisers' Coalition of Washington, and works with lobbyists to monitor appraisal-related legislation.
