CityClub and other groups are co-sponsoring a panel discussion at noon on April 19 about using vacant storefronts and other commercial buildings for arts and cultural purposes. The 90-minute event will be in the Rainier Square Atrium, 1333 Fifth Ave., Seattle. KUOW reporter Marcie Sillman will moderate the discussion by panelists Kate Joncas of the Downtown Seattle Association, Jim Kelly of 4Culture, Seattle City Council member Nick Licata and Kerry Nicholson of Legacy Partners Residential.
