Distressed Properties: Fact or Fiction
NAIOP's South Sound meeting on May 14 will be on “The Emerging Market of Distressed Properties: Fact or Fiction” at the Hotel Murano, 1320 Broadway Plaza, Tacoma, starting at 7:30 a.m. The panel will be Heather Burgess of Eisenhower Carlson, Dan Balmelli of Barghausen Engineering, Rick Sanders of Orion Real Estate Advisors, Marc Nemirow of Benaroya Capital and Andy McDonald of Columbia Bank.
