NAIOP topic: What large tenants want

At the July 21 breakfast in Redmond, NAIOP members will hear how tenants with large space requirements are deciding where to locate, and how landlords and municipalities are courting them. Dan McFeeley of Esterline Korry Electronics, Kimberly Gray of the federal General Services Administration and Tim Dore of Casey Family Programs are scheduled to be on the panel. Rob Arron of Vulcan Real Estate will moderate. The 7:30 a.m. breakfast will be in Building 33 at Microsoft, 16070 N.E. 36th Way. Costs range from $25 to $60. Register at naiopwa.org.
