Same buyer takes Equinox, Advanta

SEATTLE — Schnitzer West officials said yesterday that they were wrapping up the sale of Advanta Office Commons when the buyer approached them about buying the Equinox apartments as well.

Schnitzer West CEO Dan Ivanoff said in a press release that several promising buyers were lining up to buy the Equinox in Seattle. Consolidating the sales allowed Schnitzer to simplify the sale process and time line.
