Foulkes
Bill Foulkes rejoined Wisconsin-based Hammes Co., which is developing a $23 million ambulatory center and emergency room in Redmond with Swedish Health Service. Hammes will own and manage the property. Foulkes will help with business development efforts in the Northwest and other regions. He returned to Hammes after working for Cumming Corp.
