Hines

Hines' Fifth & Bell, a six-story office building in Seattle, made the Building Owners and Managers Association International's quarterly list of buildings that excel in operations and management. BOMA developed the program last year to recognize commercial properties on various factors, include security, energy use and tenant relations. Fifth & Bell was the only Puget Sound-area property to make the third quarter list.
