Schumacher
Dave Schumacher, a regional multifamily investment veteran, joined the Seattle office of Colliers International. He was with Columbia Partners, which he founded in 1991. Schumacher has closed more than $2 billion in apartment transactions. Joining him at Colliers from Columbia Partners are brokers David Mortensen and Jill Prestegard. The current Colliers multifamily investment team is Joe Levin and Jason Davis.
