NAIOP looks at capital markets

NAIOP's 7:30 a.m. Nov. 17 breakfast meeting will include a panel discussion about the changing capital markets. Doug Daley of Harbor Properties will moderate the discussion by Cory Carlson of Washington Capital Management, John McAllister of Northwestern Investment Management Co. and Craig Wrench of Washington Real Estate Holdings.
