Centex opens new model community

LYNNWOOD — Centex Homes will open its model home on Saturday for Vintage by Centex, a new, 17-unit single-family residential community in Lynnwood.

The homes range in size from 1,670 to 2,023 square feet, and prices start in the $280s. Centex was both the architect and general contractor.
