CB Richard Ellis
Chris Burdett and
Matthew Behrens joined CB Richard Ellis as part of CBRE Hotels. Burdett, a senior vice president, and Behrens, a sales associates, will work in the Seattle office. They previously worked for Colliers International in Seattle. CBRE Hotels provides advice on sales, finance, markets and valuation to hotel investors and owners. Burdett and Behrens have worked on hotel and resort transactions valued at more than $400 million. They're part of a six-person team joining CBRE. The other four people will work in California. Burdett is president of Washington State University's School of Hospitality Business Management Advisory Board. Before Colliers, he was a principal with The Chambers Group. Behrens previously worked for Four Seasons and Fairmont Hotels in the Northwest.
