The Appraisal Institute

The Appraisal Institute launched a program to educate appraisers about valuing high-performance housing and commercial buildings. In a news release, institute President Joseph C. Magdziarz said high-performance buildings are a rapidly growing area of real estate. Reliable valuations are critical for banks' risk management and developers' business.
