The Seattle District Council of the Urban Land Institute will hold a program in Bothell about public-private partnerships at 8 a.m. Feb. 9. Daniel Friedman, dean of the University of Washington's College of Built Environments, is the moderator. Panelists are developer Ron Sher of Sher Partners of Seattle, Bothell City Manager Bob Stowe and John Finke of the National Development Council in Seattle.
