Seattle architect Bill Kreager will give a free presentation called “Honey, I Shrunk the Lots” at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Lincoln Theatre, 712 S. First St. in Mount Vernon. Envision Skagit is holding the event to look at where growth will occur in Skagit County and how farms and rural land can be protected. Jan Ellingson of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will moderate the panel: Brian Gentry, Landed Gentry Development; John Doyle, town of LaConner; and Ellen Gray, Washington Sustainable Food & Farming Network.
