ICSC program: Public-private partnerships

David G. Wallace, a researcher for the International Council of Shopping Centers, will give the keynote speech at the ICSC's Feb. 24 lunch program at the Westin Bellevue, 600 Bellevue Way N.E. The program goes from noon to 2:30 p.m., with a panel discussion and a presentation on legislative issues. Panelists are Bothell City Manager Bob Stowe, Mountlake Terrace City Manager John Caulfield and economic development directors Suzanne Dale Estey of Renton and Steve Johnson of Seattle.
