Security Properties

Seattle-based Security Properties said it has signed a 15-year master lease agreement with the Thomas Jefferson School of Law for the Entrada Apartments in San Diego. Security bought the property last July for $22 million at a 6.25 percent cap rate. The 172 units will provide student housing.
