Glenn Gioseffi, director of Marcus & Millichap's Capital Corp. office in Seattle, arranged a $5.32 million refinancing loan for a 75-unit apartment property in Kenmore. The loan is for 10 years, amortized over 30 years with a fixed interest rate of 4.12 percent. The LTV is 65 percent. “We are seeing people move toward loans that can be locked at the start,” Gioseffi said.
