Denis Hayes, president of the Bullitt Foundation, will be the guest speaker at the April 13 Top of the Town, Capitol Hill Housing's annual fund-raising dinner at the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle. Hayes founded the Earth Day Network and expanded it to more than 180 nations, and was head of the Solar Energy Research Institute during the Carter administration.
