Impact Capital hired Tracy “Ellen” Reich as director of fund development and external relations. Previously she was executive director of White Nights Foundation of America. Impact Capital is a nonprofit that promoted development in underserved communities in Washington by providing early financing for real estate investments. By taking the riskiest part of the financing package, Impact Capital attracts other investors.
