Palzer
Long
Bellevue-based Shurco hired Jim Long and James Palzer. Long, executive VP of Commercial Properties, previously worked for American Management Services, Trinity Real Estate and Equity Office Properties Trust. Palzer is director of Development and Special Projects, overseeing commercial and multi-family properties and expanding services. He previously worked for Pinnacle in Seattle. Shurco says it manages more than 16 million square feet from Bellingham to Olympia.
