Grubb & Ellis and Harsch

Harsch Investment Properties selected Grubb & Ellis's Seattle office to lease the West Park Corporate Campus in Auburn and Campus Park in Federal Way. The properties total nearly 351,300 square feet of office and warehouse. The leasing team is Bill Condon, Matt McGregor, Arne Svendsen and Patrick Mullin. Portland-based Harsch owns and operates 20 million square feet of commercial real estate in the West.
