First Service

First Service, parent company of Seattle-based Colliers International, launched FS Energy with the goal of reducing operating costs in buildings it manages. FS Energy is initially concentrating on 450 high-rises in New York City, and will expand to Chicago and South Florida. FS Energy tracks energy consumption and costs to create energy reduction plans.
