Ore. apartments sold for $70M

HILLSBORO, Ore. — Equity Residential sold two apartments in Hillsboro, Ore., to Alecta Real Estate USA.

Alecta, a Swedish pension fund adviser, owns two high-rise residential development sites in Seattle.
