Envision Skagit 2060

Sustainable development expert Ed McMahon will speak at 6:30 p.m. today at Envision Skagit 2060 at Lincoln Theater, 712 S. First St. in Mount Vernon. McMahon is a senior resident fellow at the Urban Land Institute, and will talk about how residents can identify and protect what they value in their communities.
