Archstone

Apartment owner and operator Archstone appointed Richard E. “Rick” Lamprecht executive vice president of development for the West, which includes Washington. The firm has more than 2,700 apartments in the pipeline but none are planned for Washington. Lamprecht was owner and principal of REL Property Consulting.
