ULI looks at Ballard

The Seattle district council of the Urban Land Institute is holding a July 21 panel discussion and walking tour of Ballard. The event will examine the area's revitalization and begins with a 3 p.m. discussion at Leif Erikson Lodge, 2245 N.W. 57th St. Panelists are John Goodman of the Pinnacle Family of Companies, John Marasco of Security Properties, property owner Chad Dale and restaurateur Ethan Stowell.
