Bluestone and Sperry Van Ness

Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services of Portland and Vancouver has partnered with the national firm Sperry Van Ness to expand its commercial brokerage. Karlin Conklin is managing director and oversees brokerage activities for the company, now known as Sperry Van Ness/Bluestone & Hockley. The deal gives Bluestone franchising rights for Sperry in the Portland area.
