ULI offers ideas on Totem Lake

Urban Land Institute members will present their recommendations on what Kirkland can do to revitalize the Totem Lake business district. The presentation is 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Donald H. Argue Health and Sciences Center at Northwest University, 5520 108th Ave. N.E., in Kirkland. The city asked ULI to focus on the area south of Evergreen Hospital Medical Center and Totem Lake Mall.
