IREM updates real estate book

The new edition of “Principles of Real Estate Management” is out. The Institute of Real Estate Management publishes the book on trends shaping the economy and real estate. The book also covers the relationship between government and real estate, and the effects of the Great Recession. It costs $50 for IREM members and $60 for nonmembers.
