Lake Union Partners gears up to build more apartments here

Lake Union Partners plans to start construction next spring on a 27-unit project in Wallingford. Weber Thompson is the architect, and MRJ Constructors is the contractor.

It's not easy trying to squeeze 27 apartments, some retail and 19 surface parking spots onto two single-family lots in an urban neighborhood.
