Michael Rourke is Lorig Associates' new director of property management. He manages residential and commercial portfolios and will lead the property operations and management teams. He was vice president of operations for CarrAmerica Realty, where he managed the operational and financial performance of 3 million square feet of commercial property in Washington and Oregon.
