NAIOP: 4 developers share secrets

Four developers will give a behind-the-scenes look at their projects during a 7:30 a.m., Sept. 21 NAIOP breakfast at the Seattle Four Seasons Hotel. Marc Nemirow of Benaroya Co. will moderate the program. Dana Behar of HAL Real Estate Investments will talk about acquiring the Seventh & Madison Building and leasing it to Polyclinic. Denny Onslow of Harbor Properties will discuss Link Apartments. John Teutsch of Teutsch Partners will give an overview of Harbor Wholesale Grocery's headquarters.
