Retail Opportunity Investments Corp.

The publicly traded Retail Opportunity Investments Corp., which owns property in the Puget Sound area, says it has refinanced its $175 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility as well as $110 million senior unsecured term loan facility arranged by KeyBanc Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. ROI owns shopping centers in Bothell, Lake Stevens and Kent, and has a 49 percent interest in Crossroads Shopping Center in Bellevue.
