In April, Seattle architecture firm CollinsWoerman announced it and its partners had developed a new technology that would allow multifamily buildings to be constructed faster than by using conventional methods.
In a Sodo warehouse the consortium built a full-scale model apartment using the technology, called Sustainable Living Innovations, and launched a company with the same name to sell it nationally.
