Optimistic developers start South Lake Union building

Construction starts next month on an office and retail building near Amazon.com’s new headquarters. Donahou Design Group is the architect and Pennon Construction is the general contractor.

Despite not having any tenants, a limited liability company plans to start construction next month on a six-story office and retail building at 202 Westlake Ave. N., about a block from Amazon.com's headquarters.
