Schnitzer sells Bothell building to Stockbridge

North Creek Place in Bothell sold for $24.5 million. Seller Schnitzer West said there was strong interest in the building, which is 93 percent occupied.

Last week Schnitzer West sold another Seattle-area property: North Creek Place in Bothell. Stockbridge Capital Group was the buyer and paid $24.5 million.
