Seattle-based Zillow acquired substantially all the assets of Diverse Solutions, an Irvine, Calif.-based company that helps real estate agents with marketing and websites, for about $7.8 million in cash and stock. Diverse Solutions' software services include listings and property search for the Web and mobile platforms.
