Panel: Northgate station needs more work

    The station site is between Interstate 5 and Northgate Mall, and also has a significant grade change.

    Of the three light rail stations for North Link, Northgate’s is the most difficult in terms of site, diverse elements and expectations. In addition to getting people in and out of trains, the station is also meant to help create a neighborhood where people want to live and want to walk.
